We make mill rolls from the same forged shafts we offer to our clients. We have a complete setup of Lathes and Milling machines to cater to the requirements of the rolls to be completed in the Finished state, in-house. We are supplying the rolls for industries such as Cement Plants, Stone crushing mills, Paper mills to name a few. 

We have made a complete Setup to manufactures Sugar Mill roll Shafts in-house. Along with the mill shafts, we are also making Crusher Shafts, Fibrizer Shafts, Kicker Shafts and any custom made shafts that the mill would require. We are capable of making shafts of Dia 150mm upto Dia 730mm on our machines. 

Square Mill Shafts, mainly being used in Sugar Mills for Power Transmission, are supplied in Grades 40C8, 45C8, C45, 4140, EN19, 4140.

Shafts are machined with tolerance up to 20 microns.
